The hotel is conveniently located near the charming Old City, making it easy to explore the historic sights. It is a short walk away from the atmospheric medieval town and the main tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating, as seen in their willingness to assist with check-out during a family emergency.
The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with evidence of untidy conditions upon arrival.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and even had a small balcony. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and gave helpful advice on places to eat and visit.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety.

I arrived early for a wedding and the staff at Hostal Al-Qazeres went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even though the hostel was full, they managed to find us a temporary room to change and get ready in. the room was cleaned and prepared for us as soon as someone checked out in the morning. the helpfulness and friendliness of the reception staff, who spoke excellent English, made a positive impression. the location of the hostel is great, being within walking distance of the main train station and close to the tourist attractions. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, along with the comfortable bed, added to the overall satisfaction. I appreciate the basic comfort and the pleasant attitude of the staff. 😊.

Great value for money and perfect for a city break. the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the main attractions. the 24-hour front desk was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. it was a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.
The hotel could benefit from some updates and refurbishments. the decor felt a bit dated, and there was no option for breakfast.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the historic part of town for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The rooms were simple but had everything I needed, and the hot water issue was quickly resolved. I was lucky to have a quiet room at the end of the hallway, and the hotel was conveniently located at the bottom of the hill. The staff went above and beyond, providing a temporary room for us to get ready for the wedding and accommodating our needs. It had a hotel-like feel, with a clean bathroom, and there was a grocery store downstairs for convenience. a great stay!
Totally recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were simple but had everything I needed. Although I didn't have hot water on the first night, the problem was quickly fixed and there was plenty of hot water afterwards. I lucked out with a quiet room at the end of the hallway, which made for a peaceful stay. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the city center and the historic old town of Cáceres. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, providing me with helpful recommendations on where to eat and what to see. this hotel offered great value for money.
Cannot find any fault.

The location was mind-blowing, just a short walk to the buses and old town. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me during a family emergency, even using Google Translate to communicate. The double room was spacious and clean, with a small balcony. The 24-hour front desk and availability of a hair dryer upon request were super convenient. The ongoing work in front of the hotel will make it even more jaw-droppingly well located to visit all the touristy places. The hotel also had wi-fi, luggage storage, a flat-screen TV, and was close to hiking trails and a golf course. Cots were available and there was a strict no pets allowed policy. The air conditioning was a welcome feature, and it was great that there was no smoking on site. my stay was fantastic and I highly recommend this place!
